genetic modification is many 1000ds of years old. if not for genetic modification, you would not have bread, you would not have fruits and veggies as we know it today, you would not have dogs in their variety, and many many more things would not existed if not for genetic modification. there is a theory, that you would not have humans if not for genetic modification. So yes or no is not the question. The only question is - to what extend and at what cost? unfortunately, the short time profit rules. nobody can put anybody through any kind of initiation, period. You can initiate people, but they themselves need to do the work. Without rigorous participation and actual work, any kind of initiation is useless. not interested in 1000ds, show me one. what is the difference? we modify, bugs evolve. we modify faster, bugs evolve faster. they are not evil, they just want to survive, and survival is the ultimate force of nature. size of an insects was huge once and why? because of level of oxygen in the atmosphere. if the oxygen level dramatically rises in the future, then yes, we could have a huge insects again, otherwise, no. but bare in mind, that anti life and pro business measures are always weaker, then pro life and evolution in a long run. Allergies are the price we are paying right now. From the very childhood, we are fed so much unnatural chemicals, so that our body will fight natural thing as alien, as harmful. I say it again, without having a solution sadly - the short time profit rules.
Long before Hitler all these ideas of race and breeding were very en vogue in the USA and Britain. Just to correct the public perception.
IF YOU HAD NO BODY YOU WOULD HAVE NO SENSE BUT NOW YOU'RE A WHITE TAPE THAT CORRECTS OTHERS YOU'VE BECOME SLIGHTLY ROBOTICIZED
Too much scientific manipulation....scary
