STEMnovation for girls in Enugu: STEMi Makers of Africa

STEM fields are often viewed as masculine, and teachers and parents often underestimate girls’ math abilities starting as early as secondary schools.
STEMi Makers Africa coordinated a STEMNovation bootcamp for girls in Enugu State, Nigeria in our mission to give girls the skills and confidence to succeed in math and science, improve STEM education and support for girls starting in early education.
