This is absolutely correct,eight years ago my friend namely Bashir Ahmad Khan from District shopayan told me that they clean drainage there while he pursued engineering then he came back home and recently another friend, of mine is from pattan Baramulla is a Pharmacy student he also came home same case happened with him .
