    This is the clearest case of ineffective counsel. There was so much circumstantial evidence that she proved, but should’ve casted doubt. This was horrible. If you’re innocent take the stand to save yourself. I would never put my life in her incapable hands.

    Is she the "Prosecuter"? The preponderance of incriminating evidence is overwhelming. The condition of Susana's body is probably the only thing that is going to save him from the death penalty.     so if we were to give her argument any credence he would be guilty of: providing a minor with illicit drugs contributing to her death, falsifying a theft report, abuse of corpse (disposal of the body), lying to investigators/obstruction, tampering with evidence, accessing police sites and methods in furtherance of crime.
    I'd add if the other case was properly investigated, he'd also be guilty of stalking and B&E as well.

    I thought she was the prosecutor when I first started listening. She's not the judge so all she can do is try and defend the character thats being brought before her. He may definitely be found guilty. Sad situation for everyone involved 😔

    This female lawyer was utterly rubbish. He should have just represented himself. Owned up for lying out fear of wrongly being convicted and told the truth. HE SHOULD APPEAL BASED ON INEFFECTIVE CONSEL.
    So he knew her, she got in the truck, he left her in woods but we don't know whether she was dead at the time he left her in woods? She was experimenting with drugs so we don't know if she died from it? Was the ME asked to run toxicology?
    Anyone actually watch the trial, I still wondering what evidence lead to proving malice or felony murder?
    He didn't take the stand after all so how do we know exactly what his version of events are?
