    Those who buy ,it's their problem. She always get compliments and now that 1 person complained,she's arrogant 🙄. That's your celebs for you,they don't care about you,while you fight day and night for them. Aykhale ke manje.You must only say positive things,once you say 1 negative comment,they block you.

    Zinhle wouldn't have bothered to DM this client if she didn't go viral on social media, a lot of people who bought from her just think the hair is great coz it's from a well known celeb. I wanted to try her hair but when I saw clients posts I was discouraged xeim, totally opposite from the photos she use for advertising.

      I used to love her was a big fan until I realized how arrogant and self centered she is. I'm pretty sure she ended things with Pearl Thusi. I remember one interview where she says Pearl chased after her in first days and she didn't want to have anything to do with her. Pearl tried covering that up but she insisted and repeated the same statement. Look at how she just decides not to be friends with people legato as well. That's when I realized she ain't humble

    Zinhle blasted a small carpet cleaning company a while back and I remember thinking with all that influence she has killed that business. They were apologizing and said they were sorting the matter. Owner explained how they were short staffed the one employee had a family death or something, wazithulela u sis wabantu. You are being arrogant, very much so futhi with that last statement!!

      In djaying you are payed regardless of the level of people's enjoyment she is a great dj though .However, In the produce industry it all about the customer's product enjoyment . It doesn't look good at all if this is how she interacts with the people who need to buy her product in order for her business to be successful.

    DJ Zinhle is wrong for this shame. I'm sure she wasn't going to take accountability had that lady not reviewed it on social media and trended. Yoh that wig was R3K 😭 I would literally be in tears if I had spend so much money, that wig looks like it's worth R1K atleast. So giving small businesses a chance means not speaking out when we get bad products or services? Aowa what is she saying?

    What was the need for the customer to complain online,thats cheeky.she shud hv contacted them and gave them the chance to remedy the issue.then ke if she gets no help,she cud be justified for airing.i feel it was blown out of proportion and her aim might hv bn to taint DJ Zinhle image &brand.that slone nje can cause a loss in millions.i say pp shud try to give people the benefit of the doubt and a chance to settle amicably outside social media .Askies to both the disappointed &dissatisfied customer and to DJ Zinhle.they are both humans bigger that this chaos.shine on DJ Zinhle

    But even the customer wasn't justified going to social media yo complain instead of directing her complaint straight to hair majesty. She could have gone to social after hair majesty had failed to correct her mistake. The customer was somehow vulturous, seeking attention, feeding on Zinhle's popularity.

      There is nothing wrong the client did. Another thing you are missing is that she isn't the only client that had this issue, there are plenty of them, the inherent did state that she sent emails but was never responded do, until it got viral on tweeter.
