Hey Annie, it may sound weird, but I wanna ask can you do a video of how you actually study for test/exams because when I open my books I literally don’t know what I’m reading. Edit: I come from a single parent family, and I have many responsibilities but when it comes to studying I have been losing interest especially the past year. 3:17. So true. Today's generation is always promoting how it's ok to not work hard or how it's ok be lazy and like I understand it. Ik it's for good but I really think 'Tough love' should be important. So 'Tough love' is basically a term introduced by Robin Sharma in one of his books. He says: Being tough on yourself (to a certain extent) is actually a loving gesture for ourselves. So yeah ppl in this generation needs to learn to do things even if they dont want to n to be a little stricter with ourselves in order to achieve healthy and happy life :)))

I’ve always been struggling with staying consistent, wether it’s working out, studying, staying organized, etc. There’s periods in my life where I’m really into self improvement but after a month or two I just get back into the slump I was when I started and the cycle repeats itself. How do I avoid these little burnouts and stay consistent with everything?

Im really struggling with finding someone near to me who is on self improveny path- Im looking for someone who I can look up to. So I thought that you could actually use your platform to connect teeenage girls who want to improve their life. Im from Poland so it make me a little bit more difficult to find someone like that. So I thought maybe u can post a ig story with a question window, where we can write where are we live- then you just post that and we can find eachother. It's really difficult for me to find in my enviroment is on their self improvement path.
