At first I thought this would be pointless, since I can mimic poi by holding the whip near the middle and spinning the head, but I love the extra sparks this brings to my whipping - brilliant!
Thank you for this! My Rev4 had one fiber (the longest one, actually) glued in the short side and it would never blend in. He was my free spirit fiber hahaha! I have split and braided my whip and trimmed my wonky fiber and I love my whip sooooo much more now!

Ok, so how do you take the split out and make it one again. Mine is a mess at the moment

You said you braided 4-5 inches of the shorter half. How much of the longer half would you recommend braiding?
About 2/3rds of it.
