Thank you for commenting! Its important to believe in telekinesis. And if you have issues with believing, it can be only improved by time. Practice minimum 10 mins a day. Take a foil, make a psi wheel with it, close doors and windows and start practicing. Its so easy to do psi wheel. Only if you think its easy then it will become easy for you. Have a great day and stay with energy!
Oh also if you want any tecniques, i will say find your own tecnique. Dont forget. Imagination and being relaxed is important. Ill give you an example: when i tell you a lemon. You will immediately start to dream a lemon in your head. But if you can imagine it, your mouth will sour and your body will think like you ate a lemon!
