ตามประวัติศาสตร์สมัย สิบสองจุไท,หัวพันทั้งห้า-ทั้งหกฯ เมืองแสนคือเมืองที่อยู่ในปกครองเดียวกันฯ(อาณาจักรเชียงขวาง,หัวพัน) แต่ระยะหลังช่วงฝรั่งเศสเข้าปกครองเวียตนามและสยามได้สูญเสียฝั่งซ้ายแม่น้ำโขงให้ฝรั่งเศสเข้าปกครอง(ยุคล่าอาณานิคม)การแบ่งปันเขตแดนใหม่ เมืองแสนก็ได้อยู่ในปกครองของเวียตนาม ภาษาที่ไช้พูดกันของพี่น้องฝั่งเวียตนาม บริเวณ,สิบสองจุไท(เดียนเบียนฟู) ลงมาจนถึงเมือแสนและไกล้เคียงจึงเป็นภาษาเดียวกัน(ภาษาไทกะได)

Laos is indebt to its neighbors. Laos' only way to repay is exporting its natural resources. You have to look at the greater context, and shouldn't make it sound like you are against Vietnam or China. You shouldn't sound so bitter against Laos either, after all , it's a small, insignificant country. It has to survive, whatever it takes. You have a beautiful daughter. If anything happens to you , who will take care of her?

Hi Neenee, about 30 ,more years ago to crossed from Lao to Vietnam up north, near I think Sam newa don’t know spelling it was only foot or mother bike ,had to walk across about about 700 meters, on Vietnam side was just a bamboo shack, no electricity,2 men asleep, had to wake them up .
