Actually must side with Sofia on many of these actually tea experts would say that its milk last, but its not really a frowned upon thing lol do whatever the heck you like doing lol (there's no real right or wrong way same with when it comes to cream dairy cream and scones when its of no particular kind of cream though its either cornwall of devon I forget which form of clotted cream it is when its supposed to sink into the scone and then the jam goes ontop of it and the opposite for the other, if anything else do what ever the heck you prefer).
The curry to be more exact or within the confines of it, most of them named don't exist in India the only one that barely did was Madras but then that was during the British Occupation of India the province of Madras which no longer exists, all the others (arguably excluding a Vindaloo the hottest one), they're more Indian inspired though, Balti (named after the Balti Pot it's cooked in) was created/invented in Birmingham in the Midlands lol, but it's Tikka (how the chickens cured, as a lot of Indians as with their state/official religion is Hindu most of them are vegetarians anyway) and Masala is what I suppose some would call the sauce (is more associated with a yoghurt than anything as it's base) but then being more culinary correct should be called gravy lol, it's by far the biggest eaten thing here lol.
