First was Tamashiro (if you meant the VA, she's Kristen McGuire), he was one of the kids during the remedial licensing exam. Third was Kaminari (VA is Kyle Phillips), I don't know what the second line he does is but he is credited as providing "additional voices" so it might've been a background character for all I know.
