    I know it's just a laundry room, but I think a piece of art in a black frame could give it a little more personality. Just my two cents. You both did a fantastic job. Black tile for a laundry room was such a great idea.

      Would you ever do a slatted divider (or those privacy walls they make for yards?) to hide the "messy" dumb necessities like water tanks etc? Looking at that stuff in my homes makes my ADD go bananas and it always feels cluttered no matter how clean >

    • @LindiandRuss
      @LindiandRuss  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Cole_Cross Thank you!! Yes, I've totally thought about both of those ideas! I had a big idea at one point, but we decided not to go that way because of budgets, etc. But both your solutions would work for hiding the ugly stuff!

    Goregous renovation/makeover as usual ! As 2 solutions to hide the not so appealing water tanks and such, maybe it would be possible to build a thin faux wall with an access door? Or a cheaper alternative, a folding panelled room divider/privacy screen of sorts?

    That's not 'on a budget', you just had a budget of thousands of dollars. It's more of a DIY project which is cheaper than paying someone to do it but that's about it. I do like that you're using scraps from old projects though.

    • @LindiandRuss
      @LindiandRuss  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In my books DIY is still on a budget, you couldn't come close to getting this level of finish completed by hiring a contractor. We re-used left over products from other renos, and found decent deals on the products we installed. Could you do it cheaper, yes (but not achieve this look), so I would still consider this a budget room makeover for the level of finishes and the completed look we got! End of the day its all comparative to personal budget and desired end results. Thanks for watching 🙂
