The perfect dessert for any occasion!
This is a very delicious recipe for meringue cake or mini Pavlova.
Pavlova's recipe is a beautiful dessert and is perfect for any dinner party too.
The texture is crisp on the outside with a marshmallow-soft inside, and they are piled high with whipped cream and fruit.

Ingredients:
For meringue:
4 whites of eggs or 160g,
2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
250 g of fine sugar,
2 teaspoons of corn starch.

Cream for filling:
200 g of heavy cream,
100 g mascarpone optional,
+ 2 tablespoons of sugar.
vanilla.
Fruit of your choice.

Recipe:
Whip the white eggs with
one-third of the sugar,
whip on medium speed,
and add the remaining sugar little by little.
The reason why we put sugar little by little is that can make a more stable meringue.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add 2 teaspoons of corn starch.
Divide the mass into 4 parts.
Shape it pretty with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 90 ° C for 90 minutes.
Don't take the meringue out of the oven right away,
take it out in 30 minutes.
Let the meringue cool completely
and gently break a top.
Whip 200 g of heavy cream,
and add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 100 g of mascarpone.
Cut fruit.
I use strawberries, blueberries,
kiwi, raspberries, mint leaves,
thyme, and Rosemarie springs.
Put the fruit in between the broken meringue.
Put whipped cream on top.
Decorate whit fruit on top.
