DUNK SESSION: Fatigued Jumps

    Not a great jumping day. Was dealing with some knee pain and spent ages warming up. Ended up with around 100 jumps for the session. I feel I was hesitating a bit on max approach jumps too because of the inner heel of my right shoe splitting apart. Had trouble gripping the ball as well. Whilst in the middle of a strength training cycle it's not surprising to have sessions like this where I don't feel naturally bouncy but instead slow and heavy.

    How often do you have a dunk session?

      1x a week during off-season/strength training, and 1x every 4-5 days when preparing for upcoming contests
