Day trip to Eze village & walking the Nietzsche path

- Eze village is definitely a must-visit place when you are in the South of France. The village itself is lovely, and on top of that you can get some of the best views of the coast from its botanical gardens!
Do bear in mind that it could get quite packed during the tourist season, so try to get there as early as possible to beat the crowds. In our case we were (un?)-lucky to visit the area when tourism was still pretty much non-existent and travel restrictions still in place, so we've got the village and the trail to ourselves.
When getting back, if you are not driving, you can either catch a bus either to the coast or to Monaco, or walk down the Nietzsche path. The trail is beautiful, but could get rocky and slippery - flip flops won't do there and you'll need some proper shoes.
