    Cute! I love to crochet! I never learn how to knit! I am more of a visual learner so I could never just read the instructions and try it it’s much easier if show months shows it to me but I figure crocheting is enough for me! Are used to crochet on the airplanes when I was in my teens from about 13 and up! I am now nearly 50! And I always have crocheting around I taught my girls when they were younger but they never did much and now my younger daughter is 20 and has found a love for crochet and is making cute Little animals she is very good at reading patterns!
    Thank you! you are very crafty and draw beautifully I enjoy watching your videos! It always brings a smile to my face to see one of yours in my inbox!

      Aww, thank you for your sweet words!!! My mom used to crochet all the time and I learnt to knit while in high school. But I started to crochet only later in my life- but I always prefer to knit :)

    Hi, thanks for posting this. I was wondering what I could take on the plane to crochet that was approved by TSA. 😊😊

    Hi Smitha! I can't crochet, but I would love to try it out and see if I like it because I love the beautiful proyects you have share in the past. And it looks like something convenient and entertaining to do while traveling. Any advice on how to start?

      I'm a visual learner so I usually start by searching for basic videos on TH-cam- and pausing the video to craft along with the them. As for blogs- I love mama in stitch- she has great projects!

    Your block is beautiful. Where can we find the pattern? I’m looking for a new project for an upcoming flight.

      Pattern of this block seen below is by Jess At Home for Moogly Crochet along www.mooglyblog.com/cal-2018-1/

      Thank you for the link! Now I’m going to have to do a deep dive into some of the past squares from her CALs.

    I need tips for traveling with crochet stuff, sorry if this is random lol. What kind of hooks can u bring in the airport or airplane? metal ones? I like metal ones better tho. And I need to bring needles or scissors, so what kinds can I bring? I need to know the guidelines or limits of what not to bring!

    • @SmithaKatti
      @SmithaKatti  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Can you take a yarn needle?

    • @SmithaKatti
      @SmithaKatti  ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t, but the kid friendly plastic yarn needles might go through TSA

    Very tiny though, most people would work that yarn in under an hour or so. Not enough for long haul

      If you were working a simple scarf I agree you would need more than a skein of yarn. But I was working on a new pattern which was a 12 inch square with many color and stitch changes and it took me a good 2 hours to make it.
