Migrate Workflow Rules to Salesforce Flow (Using the Official Migration Tool)

I am questioning the operator used in the Entry Conditions (at 01:13). I recently tried the "Does Not Equal" --> Empty String (Not Null) and ended up getting flow errors. When I changed the operator to "Is Null" and set the Value to "True", the error went away...
