Hi Cindy. Ya I found out my store. Puts items in bag upfront on a shelf and holds it till the customer comes in and gets it. And it is reseller's mostly. I found out by I happened to see items in bags sitting there and asked if it was damaged goods and was told it was customer items. I wouldn't normally have a problem with that but it's all the popular items that people want. and it's say if the store got 4 bunny's with pink bow they let the person have all 4 of that item. And none get put out for other customers. That's not right. 😢 makes me mad.
