Big request for you, Gabe. Can you do a skill breakdown for twist and catch moves? Hoping to get a twist and grab and move to a twist/release and catch next year.
Today start the lockdown number 2 where I live. If there a for to practice on the floor with the rope? 😔 At least to understand were the legs and the rope shoul be 😑😬😅. THANKS A LOT FOR THE TUTORIAS.
Yes! I'm currently learning it on the silks, I do a bit more of a beat (longer, and it might be a different type of beat), but the principle of beating into front balance is the same. I haven't got it yet but I'm nearly there
thank you for showing us variety. look forward to future videos.
You're welcome, Michael!

Hi is this possible on silks
It sure is! It's a bit more challenging grip-wise on silks due to the fabric being thicker but doable
@@AERIALPHYSIQUE do yo have any grip strength tutorials / conditioning videos?❤️❤️🥰
@@ezraelliott8905 here's one I did on Instagram - instagram.com/p/B_hz8fVgNyw/

I can do a lot of stuff on rope and fabric but for some reason I still can’t do a front balance
I really prefer the silks but the rope is fine
