Ryan is so hilarious, and just because he makes a few videos per month and definitely not daily, he doesn’t have as many views, and I’ve been noticing that he hasn’t been gaining a lot of subs for a while. I’ve been watching nigahiga since high school...before TH-cam became the gigantic engine it is today. This man has 21million subscribers...that’s a lot more than many people on this platform. He’s doing just fine. And yes, he definitely deserves it.

When you made this comment was around the time that TH-cam started promoting quantity over quality. Back then, there were fewer creators but most of them were good. Now, TH-cam is like a garbage dump. There is a lot of it and sure, there are good creators but it's like finding gems in a garbage dump- it's very rare.
And a lot of "creators" now are AI anyway, taking generic clips and putting jokes or Reddit stories. TH-cam Shorts killed this app. Now I spend hours on this app without taking anything of value from it.

I feel like in 17:10 Ryan speaks his honest opinion. I mean he's been working hard for 12 years and all. Working very hard to make high-quality creative videos but he's easily overtaken by the new trends that come and go. he spends months making a short and entertaining video then it gets like 2M views while people like Shane Dawson can make an effortless documentary like this and get an average of 20M views every week.
I think one of the reasons he quit making youtube on this channel was because his hard work seems to not matter anymore since TH-cam now favors quantity over quality. Sad Ryan :(

Compare your first few to what you were doing around this time (early 2010s), it's like you went from zero to 1000 like quick as hell man. And that's on everything, video quality, editing, scripting, acting, singing, producing, really commiting to the video, I mean you're a fucking genius man and you found a way to make a living being kid. Pretending to be ninja, or playing the floor is lava, and doin trick shots. You made a brand out of YOU! And brought a different way of comedy to the world and made alot of friends while doing it. Y'all are a nice group of humans man. I'm sorry. I'm buzzing and I could ramble for hours. Cause you're THAT great. But I'll go ahead and stop now. You get the point. Thanks bud

Ok, honestly we can all agree that Ryan and his crew deserves much more than they get. The amount of work, effort, and passion they put into their work is unbelievable. TH-cam is a platform in which I believe he is not able to express himself as openly as he wants. I honestly believe Ryan should go into a directing career. As he said he’s been producing contents for almost 12 years now. Within those years he has improved on his skills greatly but is still the same person, which’s what makes him so love able. Ryan never follows the trends or tried to “evolve” with TH-cam, he’s always sticked with his guts and his beliefs. Myself and so many of others are forever in debt to you. For making us laugh countless times, for helping us get through rough times by putting a smile on our faces.
