If I was Louie Barry I look and see Aston Villa potentially getting Europe next season and doing well in the Premier League. He could be a star for them next season but needs to play regularly in the Championship as a minimum. Leeds are most likely being promoted and therefore wouldn't want to disrupt the team too much and if he goes to a club like that permanently he may well be a huge player in the Premier League but would probably be relegated next season. But if he moves to a club like Derby where he's doing regular games he can come into pre-season with Villa and say look I performed well in League One, did well in the Championship give me a chance to prove myself in the Premier League. Villa would be happy as he's a homegrown talent so hits that metric clubs need of English players in a squad and could defo benefit them going forward. Essentially he needs game time at this stage not bench warming for a Leeds or Burnley.
I would like to see Derby go for Trey Nyoni from Liverpool on loan! He looks a decent player and I am sure Liverpool would like to get him first team game time
There's not as many teams after him as the Media would have you believe. He wouldn't get much game time at top clubs and smaller clubs can't afford. It will be a mid table club who do not have priorities elsewhere.
If he has the right advisors he'll end up in the best place for his long term future in the game. No idea who was advising Jack Grealish but his career has gone backwards very quickly this last six months, yet nobody can doubt his talent.

Leeds isnt buying him, thats for certain - they are not even interested. I’m a famous ITK on the Leeds side of things.
@@Kilgallon1981 let’s see what happens, I doubt they will buy him too but who knows
