This is not the hood. Why do people from the U.S. think that when they don't see wht people around it's the hood? I worked there for 2 months and this area is just their central market area.

You’re not in the hood. It’s a walking street and shopping area. At least it is in the beginning of your video. There’s also a market area nearby and maybe you will be there later in the video. Enjoy San Jose, it’s a cool place but got too expensive for me.
