Guys don't keep gold fish in these small bowls, this animal abuse, they need a feet tall bowl, if you can't afford then don't buy fish in the first place, please get 5 gallon tanks for gold fish and bettas

Never do such dramatic water change and never remove the "substrate" such excessively it will stress the fish and only charge 20% water every month use sand not those pebbles they can't hide beneficial bacteria

it depend where your from i live in a small village that doesn't have chlorine I may be wrong my friend but I am pretty sure this is true because my cousin has a big tank with osacars parot sikklets and a large pleco and he doesn't use water conditioner.@@triplestrikes
You don't always need de-clorine just store the water for 24 to 72hrs is se tap water clorine khatam ho jata hai but yes fresh tap water use nahi karna chahiye fish tank mein

40!? A bearded dragon uses 20 and they are way bigger. They actually only need 5-10.
@@Itrollp3opl3 they do not, and bearded dragons need a much bigger set up, at least a 75 gallon, leopard geckos need a 50 when an adult. I don’t explain everything, just know that you are wrong.

I had 4 similar fish in same size of bowl but 2 died in a month... I change the water every other day and feed two times a day with fish food granules.
Any suggestion if I am missing anything here? How long is the life of fish?

You should change water just once a week or twice a week if water is not so dirty, also feed to a minimum, do not over feed them, twice a day is good but minimum quantity

20-50 percent water change once a week , add more live plants ( real aquatic plants) so that water will not get contaminated and they will get more oxygen from it , feed them once if you don't know the exact quantity and main thing don't keep in the bowl any fish it might be avoid keeping in the bowl it's a fish abuse try keeping in a tank you will get 24x12 bigger tank in 600-700 rupees if you can't afford the fish tank then please don't keep fishes
