Thank you. Were you able to tap into the OBD2 functions to read the ECU/TCU modules? I'm looking forward to doing that so that I can have digital gauges. If that doesn't work directly with the CANBUS decoder, which it should... I'll have to use an ELM327 interface.
Hi, this is super! I have a question about the antenna amplifier. At 8:52 you say that the Blue/white cable needs to be connected to the antenna amplifier. Where is the cable for the antenna amplifier? It is not the blue wire you are preparing at 8:34, is it? The car has its own antenna amplifier which needs to be activated for good radio reception. Which of the cables of the car needs to be connected to the Blue/white cable? At 13:48 the Blue/white cable is visible again, but it has not been connected yet. I would be super grateful, if you could reply.

Я наконец-то снял штатную магнитолу. У меня там всего лишь 2 порта на ней - один для оптики, и второй крошечный, может быть это AUX или антенна, не знаю. А у вас я насчитал 5 разных коннекторов, включая антенну. Теперь вот думаю, что мне с этой оптикой делать. Заказал магнитолу Xtrons, получил уже. Там в комплекте нексколько разных кабелей, но пока что вообще не понятно, что и как там с чем соединять.
Great video!! I have Harman Kardon also, I connected the fiber decoder to 3 wires that come from the original wires (red, black and yellow) instead of you did in your video (to the lighter). My sound is working some times yes…and sometimes no….What should I do?connect the fiber decoder to the wires in the lighter? Thanks very much in advance!
Did you sort this? i did the same as you as it made more sense. The supplier told me i had to loop out the CD changer as it could be interfering

Hi - I have a 2007 W219 CLS 3.2. It has the Standard Command but I have to utilise the Aux to connect my iPhone. The Mobile operates via the Mercedes r
removable Bluetooth Adaptor in the arm rest.
Would the unit you are giving such a great show on be able to fit my car? Also, Would my iPhone then connect via Bluetooth instead of the Aux? Also, Would I then get the Mobile Phone use through the replacement Command Unit?
Any help you can give would be really great.

Thanks for your help, to install the rádio android. I had two problems after that. The first problem is the radio's antena doesnt work, probably the cause is the cable blue, i dont understand where Will be connect. The second problem, is the fact the rádio just work with the car's engine off, after the engine start working the rádio show a message "no signal" and i cant do anything with radio. Could you help me with these two problems?

Hallo, i have problem with sterling wheel control. I conect freen cables to the can inder the glove department with pins, not derect to the wires. I have signal 10.8V to the ends but canbus decoder is like dead. Do o have to fex something in the menu ot the problem is with the cables? My navi is hizpo but can decoder is the same as this on your video
Exbayr, сегодня поставил китайскую магнитолу с GPS Андроид 10 на 203 мерседесе . Все работает,кнопки на руле тоже работают, но GPS не дублирует на панель приборов. С оригинальным gps дублировало. Так и должно быть или с этим можно что-то сделать? За ранее спасибо.
Hello, thx for very usefull video. I also install android radio on my w639 viano 2004. Everything works fine, but there is only one problem with clock on speedometer. It reset every time when key goes to ignition position. I think there is some problem with canbus decoder. Did You have same problem? How did You solved it?

I have a question about the sound, My Android head unit sound only on radio app, the other apps doesn't play the sound, why? The Rca's cables has a cable called AMP-CON (in my case is gray) but if I wire it to the ACC, the unit does not turn off after I get the key out. I don't know after a minute or two 🤔

The black mount on the side of the head unit DO NOT REMOVE IT on the side of the stereo housing there is a screw facing down unscrew it it does not come all the way out it is a locking mechanism that that black mount slides into then once you out the head unit in re tighten the screw it will close the lock and lock the unit in place if you remove the black tab it will not properly be held in place in the housing

Я установил магнитолу на Android, но у меня звук не получается как был раньше при штатной, устанавливал через длинный кабель, хотя есть Optical Fiber Decoder Harmon Kardon Audio Optic Interfac (коробочка).
Звук плохой. Как подключить, чтобы звук стал как хороший.

Подскажите пожалуйста почему могнитола при включонном звук то включается то выключается после отключения аккумулятора, но один раз когда была не затянута клема она стала правильно работать но после отключения аккумулятора опять плохо работает, магнитола штатная обычная радио
