I loved watching Kate play the last couple years at Iowa. She's got that dawg in her and plays the right way. Wishing her success in the league.
Whenever Caitlin was having a not so good night, it’s Kate handling the scoring and passing duties. She’s also a pretty good defender.
Kate’s intelligence will rise to the top. If you’re the Aces, you’re gonna want to keep her. She’s a coach on and off the floor. Your fans are going to love her!

the Toothpaste companies bidding to promote their product w/
the Perfect Smile she flashed after being Drafted, which btw,
I had her pegged to be selected in the late 1st, early to Mid 2nd Round,
and #18 was just right on the Martin Money; 3rd Round @ Worst; I think
going to a Phoenix, Seattle or Minnesota if they had more than 1 Pick would
have been a bit more ideal, and INDIANA could have Scooped her up @ 15, but she could
end up @ one of those Clubs if she doesn't make the Aces; And to Your Point, I've thought
since the Fall of 2023, she could walk out of Clark's Shadow & be a breakout Star;
Lie any Coach, I like the Fact she Hustles & Tries Hard; I hope she delays Coaching "full-time"
to give it a go; She will definitely get PAID in Europe where Players get treated like
the Rock-Star Ms. Martin is... I'm Very Excited for her. Arguably the best Moment of the Draft,
seeing Kate get picked, along w/ JACY SHELDON's Sister EMMA on stage w/ her when Drafted by
Dallas, the Class shown by other players when Clark went#1, and CC's Parents getting up when every player
besides their daughter got picked; Same w/ the U CONN & CAMERON BRINK Tables;

Kate is a very good ball handler, can run the fast break, can lead
Team in assists, learned some of that from another assist leader.

That's a great pick up for Vegas. Hustle, leadership, and obviously able to handle deferring most nights, and stepping in when needed. She wont play much early, but that's a chance to be a really good fit on such a good team.
Love me some Kate Martin. I think she's going to be a freaking sleeper in the WNBA. She has the ability to play up to any level. She is going to rise and shine in a way I don't think anyone is expecting. I'm so excited to watch her journey.

She went there to support her best friend Caitlin Clark. And she ended up being drafted by Las Vegas team. A Fine Player in her Own Right who always Hustles; Any GM / Coach appreciates that;
One of the Great Moments @ the Draft, w the only surprise being the Club that picked her
in Las Vegas; Tough team to make, But Win, Lose, or Draw, I'd hold off on "full-time" Coaching
to Land on another WNBA and/ or European team, where she'll be welcomed w/ Open Arms;
And Wallets, given the Fact they Pay Players Very Well / Better on Average, & treat the Ladies
like Rock-Stars; If MARTIN makes the Aces, the Promotional burst of KATE vs CAITLIN,

Chelsea Gray is the best point guard in the league and the starting point guard for the Olympic team. She is the second-best player on the Aces and there is really no debate. She also was the MVP of the first championship.

you dont think candace will start this year? if candace decided to rehab and come back (at her age, and at the toll the game has taken on her body), she's coming back to play! she was a great leader on the bench last year, but if that's what she really wanted to do then she should give up that roster spot and become an assistant for becky.

Why did the WNBA choose Kate to the Las Vegas Aces? I'd like to see her on another team that didn't make into the playoffs and she will become a star. The Aces have many superstars.
They choose her because she's a good shooter, she's good on defence, and is the glue to a championship roster. All qualities the aces could use
@@mathieucataluna The Aces already get all the top players and have a great coach. If Kate was selected by another team, she would become a star. Just like the NBA picked Nikola Jokic was drafted by the Denver Nuggets with the 41st overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft and later, he became a star.
