Hi. thank you for your wonderful presentation about my favourite flowering shrub/tree. Tacoma stands yellow trumpet flower. I'm amazed how long the flowering season is and how easy they are to grow. There is always colour in my gardens in North Cyprus where they enjoy the year long sunshine. My question is, when the flowers, fall along thin seed pot grows. Should I leave them on the tree or should I remove the seed pots to allow the Tacoma to use the energy? It would have used on seeds to produce more flowers? I haven't found the answer to this question anywhere yet. one more question is if the Tacoma sprouts suckers from the base or below the stem, do they need to be removed or is the plant simply trying to become more bushy and take over a bigger area?👍😊❤️
It looks like you do not post your answers to questions but I’m going to give it a try. My Esperanza was full with flowers and leaves and seed buds, but now, 2 years later it is all twigs. One trunk It’s inside now, in a pot, I live in Pennsylvania. I have read that I should prune it back down to the bottom of the trunk or just prune the branches. I don’t know what to do. Or when.
I bought a Tecoma back in April. It's now November. I't still in its plastic pot. Can I still plant it in the ground or should In wait until Spring? It looks pretty healthy.
Hey guys! Love your videos, I have the same plant in yellow and I live in tropical Malaysia, could u do a video about the clethora plant? Would love to see it!
I have a yellow trumpet Tecoma. Its was planted last year. I want to keep its size down to 2-3' side to 3-4' tall while still achieving blooms. Is this possible and if so proper way to prune it and when?
