Now I see you should replace the cover every 6 months. Fortunately a replacement pack of 5 generic dimensionally equivalent covers costs $9. You can cut your own covers out of sheet material shown on other TH-cam sites.

If the magnetron is sparking between is because the antenna is burnout and need to be replace. If the transformer is sparking then the winding have exposed wire.
What about a loud humming sound but no sparking and I don't think it sounds like a broken magnetron that sounds like it's spewing something out just some hum
