I'm pretty sure filian would actually be around 5' (which is close to the average women height) since she is considered skinny among her friends and 50kg would fall within the ideal body weight for a 5' women.
50 kg is 110 lbs. Filian needs to weigh under 100 for 1 lb to be 1%.

That is of course, assuming that you had a magical stomach that could hold an entire pound of food without burning any of the calories.
