I always feel GD and CL are the best leaders because when their teams are in the worst place or memberes are no longer together or they might be better doing solo works, they will never forget about their teams and always save the better opportunity to the team! I've been listening to 'the leaders' all day LOL. Plus Psy is going to release his album next week. Feel like I'm back in 2012 again and it is amazing.

Yeah, I saw in an interview that Dara said she is most comfortable speaking Tagalog, more so than Korean or English. When she speaks to Non-Filipinos, she prefers using Konglish more than Korean or English.

I got bruises because of the shocking surprise when my cousin and I are watching the live stream. We’re in chaos, the whole house is in chaos 😂
It was beyond iconic! Those relatively new to 2NE1 doesnt truly appreciate how almost impossible this was to achieve. CL pulled a Beyonce at Coachella. When Beyonce performed a full set as a headliner (which imo still the greatest Coachella performance ever) she had 2.4m mentions on Twitter. CL who managed to get her girls back together for 1 song (for 3-4mins long) got 2.3m Twitter mentions. Sandara Park and Park Bom having 10yrs age diff with Minzy still managed to practice & perform in secret. The 3 members didn't even tell their label/company what they were planning to do. They also had to recreate the iconic looks (e.g. Dara's hair, Minzy had to cut her long hair for this surprise performance too) of this iconic song. Kpop stans often use, “can (name of group) pull a 2NE1 and do a surprise performance”, bec this is the 2nd time CL and 2NE1 surprised everyone and made history. Maybe on your own time, watch yt vids about what happened to 2NE1 & why they were disbanded (since you've been watching disbanded groups lately). The one about Park Bom & CL was pretty well made & sad. CL also released 2 bts videos for this. Lastly, I hope you can watch 2NE1 live stages the way you watched many of Bigbangs's live stages way back when you just started. The mvs dont do the ladies justice. I watched your 2NE1 special btw. Sandara's hair is the same hairstyle on that same video and her shoe flying in the air is the fun and exciting moment and Sandara's expression was golden. She kept dancing barefoot on her right foot lols. Theres a moment when CL tries to whisper at BOM who was sitting with her on the steps and Bom just rose up revived with more energy CL was hyping her up it seems cus BOM was so nervous from what i observed and heared from her voice when BOM started the song she sounded great either way. Minzy was just amazing voice, dance and flexibility splits on the stage and standing kicks was incredible, CL her outfit was beaded bikini over lace under the leather jacket was the best look and her voice hearing her rap is my ear candy as always. The whole energy was just wild. OOOH! Waleska and Efra will you please consider interviewing 2NE1 i believe 3 of them speaks english well not sure about Minzy. I"D die to hear their interview if possible. Thanks!!!
88rising is crazy man, bringing so many cool asians acts to the industry. They actually brought Utada Hikaru to coachella too this year, she's a legendary Japanese diva, she's one of the artist who make jpop really popular in the 2000's. If you ever want to make jpop specials, she is a must to listen too.
I’ve been seeing a lot of new kpop fans (or unfamiliar audiences) laughing and making fun of Dara’s hair (not that I can blame them). But you have to realize that this is one of their subtle movement of challenging and breaking stereotypes. 2ne1 has always been that group who broke boundaries and challenged the norms. It’s not just because they want to do weird stuff. It’s a bold statement that projects how confident and cool they are with themselves. Can anybody tell me any other artists from the new generation who can pull this off? None.
Even their outfits screams badass energy. They won’t conform to the sweet bubblegum concept. And I’m happy how their impact opened the doors for other kpop girl groups to be themselves and just do what they love. 2ne1 will always be that queen.

Yes All of the 88 Rising crew performed before CL, Jackson really did amazing 🥳. But as a blackjack I was on the edge of my seat watching the livestream praying that CL would come last and have the longest set. We got something even better 😝
