Dam buddy she looks amazing. He made it so nice and I love your brake down of it good job. I am happy that you have gone to SBG it is a great place for information and help with all your RC needs. Thanks for sharing your videos with us.
@@kinslersrccustoms6945 I'm not in the SBG, I just was reading through the older forum's, thanks man wantesbto make sure I gave a good break down of this build he did a beautiful job on it. My stuff isn't SBG quality I don't belong in there.
@@peterGriffin-ug7jv for sure bro, he did a beautiful job on that build! I'm thankful I was lucky enough to score this rig, and I'm ubber excited to start my own build
That's a nice rig! Can't wait to see what you have in store for your build. All these 'yotas has me wanting an Xtra cab for myself. Personally, you should just make the videos here that you want to. I'd love to hear more about this bruiserupter tbh. Took me all day to get through the video, but you seem super passionate about this truck and it was heating you geek out about it and the upcoming build. Keep posting the videos and keep sharing the Good RC Vibes that you have been.
@@JohnsMiniMechanics Thanks John, I'll probably have update videos once I get it setup, I'm just doing some simple changes. I do feel passionate about the scale side of the hobby. I've tried it to make these long videos, I just didn't know how else to justify giving the information about this rig. I'm trying to keep my videos shorter often as I can. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch this.
@@danieldalton6219 more than welcome!!! You straight killed that build bro! I'm super excited to get the 3D parts from you, and I'll definitely save up to get that bed as well!!! Man I gotta get my hands on one
Your knowledge of RC history blows my mind! Stuff I have never heard of before. Super awesome that you got to pick this truck up though! Love that body mount system as well. Cheers brother!
That’s exactly what I want to do with 3D printing. A lot of money upfront but then all you need is to buy the filament, files and start printing and painting. I’ve heard bamboo is a really good printer to start with. I know quite a bit of 2D CAD but not 3D CAD, but I really want to dive into 3D CAD design. That new TF2 build looks great and great breakdown! Great video as always man👍
@@NEO-RC its not a Tf2, its a Tamiya bruiseruptor, thanks Neo. I'm not a huge fan of the durability of 3D stuff but if one has the printer to just keep making parts it's not really an issue I guess. I'm just going to have to break down and finally get setup because of the custom stuff I do its needed in a bad way.
Yea I’m still watching lol it’s a long one. Tf2 body but the guy did a great job with all the custom parts on it. Really nice. The durability of 3D parts depends on what media or filament is used. You can get everything from cheaper PLA to carbon fiber filaments just depends on how much you want to spend. 😢
@NEO-RC I've had terrible luck with everything 3D wise other than the reinforced stuff my nephew prints no idea what he uses all that print stuff is so complicated to me lol!
@ I’ve been doing some homework on it and there’s definitely a learning curve for sure. It’s like anything though, once you learn, you know. But the different filaments need different print heads and baseplates. But if you find a media/filament you like, you don’t have to buy much more. There’s a ton of videos on 3D printing and printers here on TH-cam but of course, takes time to watch all that stuff. I’ve been watching a lot and lot on airbrushing, something else I’d like to try… eventually 😒🤣
@@NEO-RC I used to airbrush models all the time sold off all my airbrush stuff 😥 😔 should have kept it. I'll try my hand at printing eventually I just know it'll take a ton of time to figure out. I want to make sure I can just get everything at one time and set it up so I don't have to nut this and that and have bunch of mistakes lol! I get discouraged when that happens lol! This guy that printed the stuff for this rig is really impressive, I just know it'll save me a ton of money buying thr stuff to print myself in the long run. My problem is patience with the printing, man I get so aggravated with the technical stuff especially computers, hell I can't hardly work a regular printer bro lol!
Yes big yellow Pretty nice. But chevy engine build sounds awesome. Well reason i ask because it's pretty awesome And I think I might want to try it myself The Chevrolet engine build Super awesome freaking awesome So nice video👍
Great review of your personal rig.. I love how you can see the transfer case. I want to get the same look from my TF2 . I'm just not sure how to pull that off yet. Takecare 🙋♂️
@@RC.Time-Crawlers Thanks, I really think this style chassis is just so scale to thr 1:1, as for the tf2 you could pickup the A&M skid and bolt from the top that will leave the transfer exposed id that's why your looking for. I did that on my old SWB Jeep
