- This is the 9 collage in a series with a botanical theme. I will be using different techniques such as gelli printing and stitching. All papers are my own prints. How many I will make, I don’t know yet.
The focal point is real bark from a birch tree. I found it on the ground this summer, when I was om a little holiday in Norway to visit family.
My collages are for sale.

So, so beautiful. How lovely to use bark that you found on holiday. May I ask, what did you use to make the print on the right of your collage? Was it a doily on the gel plate?
Thank you, as fare as I remember was it a placemat of plastic ( a ugly one I never would use in my table, but it gives nice prints).

That wooden handled needle holder/hole punch looks perfect for those of us with old lady arthritic fingers. I haven't seen that here in the US. Could you tell me the tool/brand name so I could possibly find one here? Thanks for your wonderful and inspirational videos...they make my day!
Thanks for your kind words. The tool is one my hubby has made for me, out of a part from a compass and a wooden thing. I Denmark you can buy a tool for marking the fabric to embroider on. In Danish it’s called “en prikker” don’t know the English word. Also Tim Holtz has a small tool like an awl you could use.
@@lisbethdegn-dragenkunst Thank you. I have some needle tools I will try, just liked the wooden handle for hand comfort...you must have a kind husband!
Meget smukt styk kunst. Tusind tak.
Er det alkohol niks du bruger?
Hvad er der i den klare plastik tube?
Thank you, I used acrylic paint I those gelli prints. The clear tube is Elmer’s glue to stick the bark down, but you can use any kind of glue.
So lovely! How do you finish your work?
I don’t do anything more than you see. You can frame them, glue them to a stretched canvas or cradle board or put them under matte .
