I think Akashi's NBA comparison would be: Without emperor eye: Chris Paul (pass, playmaking) With emperor eye: Chris Paul + Kyrie (pass, playmaking, ankle break)
Nah Akashi’s NBA comparison is Kobe’s Black Mamba mentality given a body with AI’s physicality because things got wicked once we saw how he actually crosses people over
kise starts in 8th grade, they are currently in 10th grade also emperor eye cant control people, it's just an ability to predict what a player will do in the future. Because he is so attentive to the moves of his opponent its easier to get them to break their balance and cross them over. His intimidating aura definitely helps with that.
I understand Aomine being compared to Iverson because of his rebel attitude and not going to practice because he was already the best. Although i would have definitely given Akashi the Iverson treatment only because "super power" like ability aside, akashi was just a master of physics and anatomy of the human body. That is why he always knew where and how to move in order to make a person do what he wanted them to do. This leads to his signature move: the crossover. Iverson's crossover was LETHAL. It literally exposed everyone including MJ, whom everyone thought was a god up until iverson did his signature move. The thing about the cross over is that if you pay attention, iverson never crossed to the left. He always went right because Hisleft was his weakest side, so he manipulated the opponent to ALWAYS make them believe he was going left when in reality he went right and went for the score. Akashi is that but times 1000 where he did have a left and right cross, but he also knew how to force people's body to move where he wanted them to. Cross this way to sit them un their butts, cross that way to have em on their knees. Even first time he went to Kagami, he put his hand on his shoulder and forced him down to his level to demand respect. Even in the show akashi crossed over dude so hard he tried to get up and akashi did another cross and made him fall back down on his butt again. That was literally an AI move done in real life.
if i had a comparison for akashi, it would be MVP DRose. I remember some nba players talking about the DRose flu, where people were scared to play against him even before the game started. I think his presence is the best match to that
Aomine's inspiration was Allen Iverson indeed. He doesn't like practice, and when he's playing, he relies on his instincts like his wild shots over the backboard, one-handers, and circus shots, he doesn't practiced those moves at all.
I actually finished blue lock first and that made me watch kuroko no basket, Im just getting into football/soccer so I’ll make a video when I have a better understanding of it
Blue lock is goated, if you ain't a soccer fan it's an acquired taste. I like the show cause of the various egos that fit into their different play styles read the manga you'll get it
Kise was indeed the worst player until the Last Game, he couldn’t copy any of generation of miracles moves (or any of the same level kuroko basketball level), if he has perfect copy + zone, he is the strongest like the green hair guy said, but that’s for like 5 minutes. So I would say other generations of miracles are better than him. He is a wildcard. He’s my favorite player easily Also, Aomine isn’t the best player, Akashi is far better, as shown throughout the series. Akashi beats everyone on generation of miracles, 9/10 times. Aomine is the best point scorer
You really need to watch Ace of Diamond, it’s a baseball anime about an underdog pitcher who is a nasty lefty. But if you want football it’s a must that you watch EYESHIELD 21 it’s probably the best sports anime that isn’t talked about like Ippo, Kuroko basketball, Haiyaku, yawamushi pedal, blue lock, captain Tsubasa, or Prince of tennis
Akashi is a combination of magic Johnson passing and Kyrie Irving with a Mangekyō Sharingan because his eyes change in the anime too I think multiple times too😂
Don't forget Kagami he is in the same league as the generation of miracles Kagami for me is like prime Blake Griffin but in the Zone and true zone He is more like Prime LeBron James because he leads his teammates to offence and defense
I’ve loved this anime since I started basketball in 2012, definitely made me fall in love with playing the game and not just watching 🙏🏽 anime Rec: Eyeshield 21
Kise was always my favorite of the group because his arc always radiated such main character energy, I honestly like his character better than Kagami ngl💀
Pls watch Prince of Tennis which is one of the best sports anime EVER. It's where the phrase Made Made Dane comes from. You dont know about Ryouma Eichezen. Also One Outs with Tokouchi Toua.
Kise was considered the weakest due to the fact he couldn’t copy the other GOMs however after gaining PC I wouldn’t say he was the weakest in Last Game once he activated PC and Zone it’s stated that he was the unparalleled strongest on the court
Akashi lowkey just has insane basketbal iq and a crazy handel. Also best individual player is aomine but the best player in a team setting is akashi because aomine does not know what passing is.
In the Manga, Akashi's Emperor's Eye is defined a bit better. Going just by the anime, you'd easily think it's just anime bullshit superpowers. But that's not quite the truth. EE is kinda like having the people around you under a microscope at all times. With it, Akashi is able to make out details about a person and their body that usually no one else notices, or rather, no one has time to notice during a game. He can see how you sweat, he can make out the way your muscles twitch and contract, any and all of even the slightest movements are ones that he can make out and analyze. That's why they say in the anime and manga that it's not the Emperor's Eye that makes Akashi powerful, but rather the other way around. It's because Akashi is so smart and analytical that he's able to take in all the information he sees, and use it to make a damn near perfect prediction of how his opponent will move, letting him break they ankles with supernatural ease. So yeah, it's definitely the most anime thing in the show, but there is actually a physical explanation for it, much like all the others. Which, yknow, I can appreciate. It would have been easy to hand wave shit away, but actually making a believable explanation of the physical mechanics behind someone's abilities? It shows a level of care and passion went intonthis story that you wouldn't have expected given that the creator knew NOTHING about basketball when they started the thing.
kise is easily better than everyone. he so OP they had to nerf him by 1 giving perfect copy a time limit and 2 making him gassed after using perfect copy. u know u OP when u got a nerf like Aomine and Akashi dont have a nerf but kise does
Akashi was nerfed with his personality split until he completed himself in the movie, and kise gets washed by akashi in 1v1 anything he throws at akashi will get negates and locked up,even if he tries to use akashi 's moves against himself it won't do shit, his emperor eye is dogshit comparable to the original stated in ep 68☠️🤦🏼
You really think imitating the best athletes at full strength all throughout a 40 minute game won't take a mental strain due to the concentration needed to imitate them and also pick the correct imitation at the correct time and won't tire you out physically you know because your copying some of the best athletes????
My favorite is Akashi Seijuro but the best player is AOMINE by far !!!! And it's hard to find a NBA comparison for him bcs he got too much weapons. He can cross you like "Hot Sauce" finish like Kyrie a freak like LeBron he's too much
honestly my favourite i kise cause he as the only one that wasn't a complete ass from the start, but midorima gotta be the most OP mf on this team. just pass him the ball from anywhere and its a guaranteed 3. yeah kise can just copy him, but he can only copy the miracle gen for max 5 mins before he gets too tired, but midorima can score 3s all day long
Well. Seijuro Akashi is by far the best od the miracles, but after him is Kise. That gap between Akashi and Kise is relatively big. But. The go between Kise and the next best, Aomine, is MASSIVE.
Akashi isnt the best at all, they literally state that all the rest surpassed him as far as skill, his will to win and activation of his emperor’s eye gives him the advantage but skill wise he was stated to not be the best
Please please please!!!!! He actually has too! Actually I changed my mind Kenichi is the best sports/martial arts anime with Prince of Tennis close second.
if u wanna see a Sports anime 50X better than Kuroko no Basket, check out Inazuma 11 that shii crazy, they be playing Soccer to save the President n stop Aliens from Destroying the world...in Elementary School
Ok so I don't really watch B-ball.. but Akashi would have to be someone who was just dropping ppl with dribbling so .. yh that's the closest comparison you could get
I think Akashi's NBA comparison would be:
Without emperor eye: Chris Paul (pass, playmaking)
With emperor eye: Chris Paul + Kyrie (pass, playmaking, ankle break)
I definitely can see that
Nah Akashi’s NBA comparison is Kobe’s Black Mamba mentality given a body with AI’s physicality because things got wicked once we saw how he actually crosses people over
kobe aint passing to no one and it never said anywhere akashi even works out 🤣🤣🤣🤣@@kameronjones8932
I could cp3 but I would say rondo because of his behavior
I would also add Michael Jordan mentality with how he pushed his teammates to be the best
It was said that Jason Williams and Steve Nash was an inspiration for Akashi
Kise with perfect copy and the zone is the actual best player on the field. The problem was keeping it consistent.
Court*
bro really be like 2018 bron cause thats what i was seeing there for the time he was on there
kise starts in 8th grade, they are currently in 10th grade also emperor eye cant control people, it's just an ability to predict what a player will do in the future. Because he is so attentive to the moves of his opponent its easier to get them to break their balance and cross them over. His intimidating aura definitely helps with that.
also Murasakibara breaking the backboard like Shaq

Love how TH-cam’s been recommending Kuroko content 😂😂 making me wanna rewatch.
Nice video bro 👏🏾🫡💯
Appreciate it🤟🏾
Same i thought the fandom was dead
Akashi it’s like a mix of bird Kidd with a sprinkle of Kyrie
Thats valid
Akashi is Like Chris Paul whit that passing and dribbling IQ like MJ whit that always competition spirit and doing what ever it takes to win.
While Akashi is definitely the best “basketball player” overall, in my eyes Aomine will always be the best and the GOAT
bro midorima green everything is so op breh
Akashi overrated ah
@@gangstagranny6315 yeah he's already op so he doesnt need the zone
This basketball series was amazing to look at. It was awesome.
if i had a comparison for akashi, it would be MVP DRose. I remember some nba players talking about the DRose flu, where people were scared to play against him even before the game started. I think his presence is the best match to that
Okay okay I'll rewatch kuroko like this is like my 10th vid seeing kuroko like I thought everyone watched this 6 months or so ago
Aomine's inspiration was Allen Iverson indeed. He doesn't like practice, and when he's playing, he relies on his instincts like his wild shots over the backboard, one-handers, and circus shots, he doesn't practiced those moves at all.
Akashi is definitely CP3 like with Isiah thomas(detroit) speed in addition he got that ridiculous reaction time like an F1 racer
I was thinking that as well but I was trying to find someone who wins as well😂😂
you aint gotta disrespect bro like that@@JariusKnows
@@klumpeus im serious though lmao cause Akashi never lost until the winter cup, CP0 just never was fortunate enough to win
hall of famers on downlights@@JariusKnows
Aomine is my favorite for sure he just like that
I LOVE that a anime I watched in highschool is getting so much love and praise. I recommend watching stride and haikyuu
Aomine is the GOAT GOAT GOAAAAAT, in a 1 on 1 always bet on him
Listen, midorima gotta be the best when he really start hittin
My favorite character is Kagami and my favorite player has to be Midorima
Uncrowned kings next please! I subbed off this vid so you got to
Will put it on my to do list🤟🏾
Insanely slept on anime glad you enjoyed it
Akashi is like a Tim Hardaway Sr. Can score at three levels and had a nice crossover
great video man. enjoyed watching the whole way through
Appreciate it🤟🏾
I'm not the biggest fan of it even as someone who sometimes watches dubs, but it's crazy Kuroko didn't get a dub till like 10 years after it came out
I remember watching this show as a kid
Nah this and eye shield 21 are the classics and 🔥🔥
Akashi comparison: a demon
Haikyu you need to watch this I wasn’t a fan of volleyball but that show made me like it and sports anime
Its at the top of my sports list right now, Im rewatching avatar for a possible video but that should be next
akashi gotta be a mix between CP3 and Kobe bc "you do not know more basketball than Kobe Bryant."
watch blue lock
I actually finished blue lock first and that made me watch kuroko no basket, Im just getting into football/soccer so I’ll make a video when I have a better understanding of it

That anime needs a you review. Episode 1 alone will do.
Akashi is a combination of magic Johnson passing and Kyrie Irving with a Mangekyō Sharingan because his eyes change in the anime too I think multiple times too😂
At that point If I was the coach of a basketball and a team called a generation of miracles are my opponent I would have to forfeit.
Just in case you didnt know there is a movie called "last game". And it is pretty much cannon to the manga ending.
Don't forget Kagami he is in the same league as the generation of miracles Kagami for me is like prime Blake Griffin but in the Zone and true zone He is more like Prime LeBron James because he leads his teammates to offence and defense
