Food at the Chinese Spring Festival Temple Fair

The Elephant Temple Fair is held at Longhu Financial Island in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, from the first to the eighth day of the Lunar New Year. This is not a traditional temple fair, but is organized by Henan Cultural Tourism. There are many types of stalls throughout the temple fair, including more than 100 food stalls, which bring together specialties from eighteen cities including Luoyang, Kaifeng, Nanyang, Shangqiu, etc. Visitors can eat all over Henan on one island. In terms of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, the temple fair specially set up an intangible cultural heritage exhibition area and invited many intangible cultural heritage inheritors to demonstrate their skills on site. These traditional crafts, such as sugar painting, paper-cutting, clay figurines, etc., will be understood and appreciated by more people through the platform of temple fairs.
The delicacies that appear in the video include: candied haws, sugar paintings, roasted gluten, cold skin, fried dumplings, roasted pears in earthenware pots, stinky tofu, stir-fried jelly, barbecue skewers, bucket chicken, grilled sausages, skewers, compressed steamed buns, Gaozhuang steamed buns dipped in watermelon Sauce, local steamed buns, hot tofu, sugar candies, sesame candy, crispy grasshoppers, etc.

因为这不是传统的农村大集，有的摊位都是专门从地方请来的特色小吃的代表。干净确实干净，但是物价也高🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

左邊熱狗無誤，因該是內陸稱烤腸嗎？右邊反光，有點看不出來是熱狗還是香腸，但感覺是熱狗，熱狗跟香腸口感天差地遠，香味也是,而且台灣早餐店或便利商店是單純的熱狗，除夜市或風景區小攤商會在加一層麵衣在炸，風味提升
