I got the iPhone 12 in blue, and let me tell you. The TH-cam videos and photos don’t to justice to how good it looks in person. I’m not one that upgrades every few years, so I’m hoping this will last a while.
Same bro, I got my blue 12 yesterday and the screen is crazy good. Still wish it was 120HZ, but besides that this thing is gorgeous. The blue color is perfect, and the flat design is too cool
Got it in blue as well and I’m very happy I didn’t cancel my order. The early leaks made it looks disgusting but in person the blue color is beautiful. It’s much more darker and cleaner than the leaks which is what I was hoping for.
So should I get the 12? And what color?
@KolTony I got the black too unexpectedly and in wasn’t prepared for the all black everything matte look on the sides. It’s sooo clean looking and slick.

I got the purple iPhone 12 when it was released. So, the smaller box is great for the environment but I had to buy a USB C adapter for the mains and it came in a much bigger box than my old iPhone 11 with the charger included

Hey Sam- what I’d really like to see is a full day in the life of regular usage in how does the 12 Pro battery hold up compared to the 11 Pro. Maybe survey days where it’s switched to only 4G LTE, 5G turned off, so that it’s an equal comparison. I know the 12 has Qualcomm’s new modem so it’s not exactly equal, but you get what I’m conveying. Those side-by-side comparisons like what Mr. Who’s The Boss did are great, but not practical for the average consumer.
Here’s an extra: if u buy the RED iPhone 12 MagSafe case... and put it on any of the models regardless of the colour the screen glows red alongside the little animation.

There’s already a jailbroken Cydia tweak called MagSafe Controller that enables the MagSafe charging animation via wireless or wired charging.

Question: do you think there is a difference between buying sim free iPhone from Apple vs. an iPhone that is unlocked and sim free using the Verizon link (also from the apple store)? One reason I ask this because the apple website says all the phones are unlocked. Also, because I just want take my current SIM card (Verizon) from my iPhone X and put it into my iPhone 12 (if I order one) without having to start a 5G plan. Which option do you think would have the easiest results?

It's actually better to leave it in LTE mode (for now). Why? Because the Qualcomm X55 radio modem chip does an excellent job with LTE connectivity.
Just bought an ip12 last december. I was drinking juice and i accidentally moved the glass with the juice to my new ip12. I didn’t felt being nervous because it is waterproof. After that, i washed it with water like i’m washing my dog 😂
I love that wireless charging simply means the charger doesn’t need to be plugged into the phone. Not really wireless. 😂

It makes sense that there is a plastic spacer on the 12s. It has the same internals and is the same size as the pro this year so it would not make sense to have two separate internals.
