It's interesting to see how different countries are dealing with this. I'm in America with a shelter in place order in my city. It seems like Australia is running with the same guidelines we have, but slightly different. For example, we have a limit of five people outside instead of ten. Public restrooms are still open and we're told not to touch the handle with our hands. But instead of mouth, we are told to use our genitalia. I was trapped in the restroom for three hours because this one lady couldn't get the door open. Last time I use the ladies room. Yikes. We are being very cautious with young children. We seal them in a large plastic ball for their safety. Thay are free to roll around as much as that like. Kids seem to enjoy the freedom, however we do have a problem with them running out of oxygen. All business has been restricted to bare necessities. For example whiskey and cocaine sales don't start until 10am now. And gun stores are only open six days a week. It's taking a lot of patience to adjust. But I'm staying positive. Some guy in our government said everything is totally fine and will definitely return to normal really soon. Stay safe out there. PS, big fan of your cooking shows. I would follow along and make the same recipe when I was cooking for guests. And my family loved it when I made your hot wet rice recipe. The subtle flavor really brings out the disappointment my parents have come to expect.

I can only buy a block of 30 beers and 3 bottles of wine or a block of 30 and a bottle of gin but not both so now every day we have to go to Dan Murphy's in shifts like some kind of moonshine relay race. My wife goes in for 30 beers and a bottle of gin, I go in for 30 beers and 3 bottles of wine and we have to send our boy Stevie in for a bottle of gin and three bottles of wine but he usually can't figure out how to carry it all, given the big plastic ball he's running around in and then they won't even sell him alcohol because they see from his plastic bubble that he's too young. His fake ID just doesn't work anymore. It's like we've all gone mad.
