ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଲୋକକଳା-ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବେଶ୍ ପୁରୁଣା, ବିବିଧ ଓ ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ। ଏହାକୁ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା, ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଓ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଉଛି ମାସିକ ‘ଆମ ଲୋକକଳା, ଆମ ସଂସ୍କୃତି’ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ। ଏଥିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକନୃତ୍ୟ ଓ ଲୋକସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଧାରାକୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। କେବଳ ସେତିକି ନୁହେଁ, ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକକଳା ଧାରା ସହିତ ଜଡ଼ିତ କଳାକାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ଆଣି ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ କଳା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିବାକୁ ସରକାର ସୁଯୋଗ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି।
ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଏହିଭଳି ଅନନ୍ୟ କଳାଧାରାକୁ ରେକର୍ଡ କରି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏବଂ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପିଢ଼ି ପାଇଁ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ମିଡିଆ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଓଡ଼ିଶାଲାଇଭର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ।
The folk art culture of Odisha is ancient, varied and attractive. ‘Ama Lokakala, Ama Sanskruti’ program is organized monthly by the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department to pay tribute to the popular Folk Dance and Folk Music from places across Odisha. Meanwhile, the government encourages folk artists from different regions of Odisha to perform at the event.
OdishaLIVE aims at capturing such cultural activities and preserving it for the future generation through digital media.
