It's kinda hard to say "Play the real drums and not guitar hero drums." If you can FC this on guitar hero on expert plus, you're likely to be able to do this on real drums.
MrCdog54 for drums you need real instrument skills if you want to be hardcore, and if you go hardcore without playing an instrunent you may gain some skill

That is insane. There are so many different tempos that each arm and your legs have to go at in this song simultaneously. The coordination is impeccable!
