I think a lot of us made that same puck screen error in our early attempts. I don’t bother to dismantle everything for steaming, I just run boiling water through 3 times, over 5-10 minutes, with the empty portafilter and puck screen in, and make sure they’re dry when the coffee is dosed in. It took me a few weeks to start getting decent shot’s but now they’re perfect for my taste, and better than anything I can get at the very best cafés. Enjoy the Flair 58 journey.
Very beautiful video my friend. I am so curious why Japan only has the X version which does not have the heating system to preheat the machine. I have one flair 58 with a heating system and I want to bring it to japan. Due to the electric difference, I do not know can it works well. BTW I love your coffee set.

付属のバスケットではシングルを抽出したくてもリスリットになってしまい豆の消費量が多いので、シングルバスケットを探しているのですが、おすすめありませんか？

すみません、自分も詳しくはありませんので、オススメはできないのですが、ネットで検索すると58㎜対応のシングルバスケットもあるようです。試してみてはいかがでしょうか＾＾
