I don't know. But generally whatever the posted rules are, they aren't enforced in most skateparks. I've been to many parks where the sign says "No bikes" and there are bikes everywhere. Most skaters don't like scooters at skateparks, but that's mainly because it's usually little kids on scooters and they don't have a good sense of skatepark etiquette, so they do a lot of cutting people off. I recommend going earlier in the day and teaching your son to be aware of the other users of the park and you should be fine
I fell hella hard there and broke 2 fingers and almost broke my nose it was pretty funny tho
