I checked, it’s worse than 7. It’s 9 mobs Because Trader Llama are treated as different entities/variants from Llama and Fox are practically able to also drop it So, it would be Cows, horses, mushroom cows, llama, trader llama, hoglins, fox, mules, donkeys
I was on the same wavelength, and managed to get 6 mobs that dropped saddles 1.Horses 2.Donkeys 3.Mules 4.Pigs 5.Ravagers 6.Striders of course, aside from the Ravager, they all have to get it equipped first to then drop it but it did not sound too farfetched as an option, only missing one!
