Just wanted to say that since watching your videos I've re-delved into my United save and am having loads of fun adapting tactics based on my opposition attacking and defensive shapes. I've been using the tactical board to brainstorm my tactical approach and it's been so much more rewarding, especially when you score directly because of your tactical approach. Thanks so much for sharing your philosophy!
love seeing some attention shown to the Canadian PL! As a Canadian ive just recently got into playing with a lower league Canadian team (expanded database) and im having a ton of fun.
PS you can press the space bar to read unread emails and continue. I see you clicking every email and idk it bothers me lol. Great Video like always, Its very informative
@@alexmalex1778like who I would sign if I was a club IRL? Don't know if that's the best use of my skills/time. Probably do more stuff like reviewing people's saves and tactics would seem more lane.
Without a doubt, you are one of the most skilled players I’ve ever seen. However, from my observations, you tend to rely heavily on having the right personnel around you (which is completely understandable and often the best approach). To shake things up a bit, I challenge you to take on what I believe to be the ultimate Football Manager test: THE TOTAL HOMEGROWN CHALLENGE. It’s not a new idea, but it's definitely a tough one. The challenge is to take a team from the lowest tier (such as the National League North/South) and manage without signing any new players or staff. There’s only one exception: you can re-sign former youth academy graduates from your club, either as players or staff, and you’re allowed to sign “gray” players. I attempt this challenge every year, but my best result so far has been reaching League One in 15 years with Oxford City back on FM14. This challenge will test your: - Squad building - Adaptability - Difficult decisions on selling players - Staff management - Incredible player stories It’s also a fantastic challenge for streaming. Come on, give it a shot!
@@gerard8140 this doesn't sound that fun to me. I mean I just did a save in Canada. My team was not great, worked with what I had. As explained in prior videos it took me 4 seasons to get the players I needed to play a fully adaptable style. The first 3 seasons made it work with what I had. It's fun for me building towards achieving playing every tactic. However prolonging this seems unenjoyable. Appreciate the thought though
@FletchTheSauce Thank you for your response! It's true that using the market can accelerate goal achievement, though I wouldn’t say it was easy in your case. I’ve been thinking about proposing this to you, as the main challenge for me is optimizing squad performance by adapting their tactics and strategies to fit the very variable talent coming from the youth system. You cannot rely on training at lower levels. Keep up the great work-your channel and content are highly enjoyable!

Congrats on your W Fletch 😂👍👍
What do you think of the Teamwork attribute? does it matter, or is it irrelevant
@@tomeboaventura9054 not really sure, in the past I cared about it but not so much now. Probs like a C/D tier attribute.
Can you do regular FM rebuilds like other bigfm creators? Or are you gonna stick to specific tactics content?

You mention in one of your videos that your mentality is always attacking?
Not always, mostly always. In games I am not favorite I will often play balanced. I say always when I mostly mean mostly. lol
