So many mistake in drhp like so manny mismatch number in sales domestic sales and overseas sales and cash are negative company can earn book profit but at the time show cash flow from operations are negative and trade receivable are increasing.. and i think all sales on credit i think sebi has take action against this company and sign of director and auditor are not shown in some important place provident fund for employees me bahut defalt kiya and uski group company ka aap hi dekh lo

Use of funds to be raised is beyond imagination. Why for working capital for which company announced that it uses AI tools? Why for security deposits? I mean the purpose of use of funds is not matching anybody's rational understanding

IPO listing will be postponed till independent auditor submits report to NSE/SEBI
Date: 25 Nov 2024
Sebi has asked company for three action points::
1. Company to appoint Independent auditors and get an independent report of financial accounts. Co has already appointed the auditor and report will come in 2-3 days
2. Company to give option to the investors (including anchors) who are subscribing to the IPO to withdraw their applications if they want. Before share allocation will happen. No new subscription will happen.
3. NSE will have a monitoring agency set up on usage of funds post listing
