Hope you are all doing well on this Magnificent Monday.
Today I'm sharing my herbal hair grease that my family and I have been using for the past 3 months and enjoying. I am confident you will love this for your hair as well.
So what is hair grease?
So glad you asked. Hair grease is ideal for anyone who suffers from a dry, itchy scalp as applying it to damp hair can work to seal in moisture and make the hair less itchy and also resulting in less scalp issues and flakes (whew! that was a mouthful).
Hair grease such as Dax, Blue Magic and Softee have been around for many years and turns out to be very popular in Caribbean households (speaking from experience..lol). Although these have been marketed to grow longer hair, add moisture and many other benefits the sad truth is that they are made with chemicals and hard to pronounce ingredients. Well if you ate like me and wish to learn about healthier alternatives then look no further. This herbal hair grease will do everything from: sealing your ends, adding moisture to dry strands, soothe dry, itchy scalp and promotes healthy hair growth...Yes, please!
Here's what you'll need
1 cup of coconut Oil
2 tbs Aloe Vera Oil
2 tbs Jamaican Black Castor Oil
2 tbs Neem Oil
2 tbs Amla Oil
2 tsp Vitamin E Oil
1/2 cup Olive Butter
4 tbs Carnauba Wax
Tea Tree Essential Oil
Rosemary Essential Oil
4 oz jar
Melt all ingredients using double boiler method and let cool for an hour.

Yes, to the dax and blue magic. I'm not Caribbean but it was definitely a staple in my house. I know alot of people say its not the best for you scalp but in all honesty my hair was long and the most healthy its ever been when I was I younger. So, I guess different strokes for different folks. Your first attempt may have failed but you nailed it on your second round. I absolutely love all the nature oils you always tend to use I swear by coconut and castor oil. Great job queen 🙌💜👑
