I was testing with hinokami tanjiro earlier, on shinobu the total damage of the tod was 10475, and on akaza it was 10875. The tod did almost an extra 500 damage on shinobu rather than almost 1k extra dmg on akaza

Have you tried to raw lvl 3? from what I saw to Dotodoya, Zenitsu killed Seereax with about 60-70% HP? so yeah maybe Akaza is the same Dotodoya just combo(with ult lvl 3 in the end) Seereax and it's like a TOD
