I'm so in love with all the references this show does. We get music references like Aha, Queen and others. We get game references like rhythm games and Resident Evil. It's also the way they're brilliantly integrated into the show. A-1 Pictures has made Love is war one of the best adaptations with all the hard work they put in.
not to mention the movie references too. The whole ED is a starship troopers reference, plus we got the Ishigami shawshank reference a couple episodes back
I think Rei and Ishigami stopped Iino from going with the two creeps because they knew Iino thought that she would be praised just like the two dudes she listens to. So basically Iino thought her fantasies would come true but that’s not what would’ve happened.
I just realize that she has a praise kink because her parents are not there for her to do that, that's why she's always working hard yet, Her parents are not there for her and that's so freaking sad

Love how the moment Chadogane stops playing and just goes "is it bad if it's a date?" Kaguya doesn't go "o kawaii koto", but instead just loses all her composure and instantly becomes a shy girl who no longer knows what to do. And now it's finally time for arguably the greatest episode in anime. Two things that I think are important to know concerning the tale of the bamboo cutter, which is the tale that is referenced during the moonviewing skit, as you've probably been told before, Kaguya is kind of like a modern day retelling of that story, the story is also shown through the outros of the seasons, with season 3 showing the different ending that Miyuki talks about during the moonviewing skit. Outro 3 has him drinking the elixir of immortality, waiting until technology catches up, and then going to the moon to get kaguya back. Like I said, 2 things are important right now I think. Princess Kaguya gives all of her suitors impossible tasks in order to gain her love. The task she gives the suitor on whom Miyuki is based (he's based on 2 characters it seems) is to steal the jewel from a dragon, but the task princess kaguya gives the Ishigami character is to retrieve the cowry of a Tsubame bird, and as we've seen in the show, kaguya here tasks Ishigami with making Tsubame his. However, in the tale of course the suitors fails their impossible tasks, but as Miyuki said "if it were him, things would have turned out quite different", lets see if Miyuki and Ishigami have what it takes to defy fate.
the last 2 episodes place this anime in a S Tier Rank. When i ended the anime i wanted more that i broke my rule of not reading the manga but the manga is so good, everything that happen there is like for 2 or 3 more seasons but i cant wait that long... do you think that it will be okay if you react to the mangas?
I just wish the anime didn't skip chad Miyuki moments with Kaguya in ch 92 and ch 112. (FYI anyone - feel free to read those chapters if you haven't since skipped, they were cute)

Chad Miyuki is on the move... Gee, when I first watch the very first episode of this anime back then, I thought that the premise was so ridiculous and not worthy of my time, I stopped watching after the first episode. To be honest... I just binged watch the anime a month ago, and I have concluded that I was a fool. Love is War is in my top tier list of RomCom anime... I rarely watch RomCom so... I guess Love is War is rank 1 for me.
He is powered by the moon for both. He had the moon watch here and later events take place at night under full moon. lol He is consciously chad for festival than with moon watching though for sure. He has other strong chad moments, so this isn't the last peak, but the peak for anime to date.
Tbh, seemed more a reference to Detective Conan with the music specifically. The phantom thing can be seen with other stuff too, so not necessarily just for Persona 5.

Arsene Lupin is a classic example of a phantom thief; he is generally depicted wearing a top hat and cape, and he would send calling cards before his crimes. Therefore those similarities between Kaguya-sama and Persona 5 are because they're both referencing the same classic character and tropes. EDIT: In fact, the background information for Arsene from Persona 5 explicitly states that he's based on Arsene Lupin.

That's precisely why he is so aggressive with everything he doesn't have the time anymore to play these stupid games hence we get Chad Miyuki. Tsubame's answer won't happen till season 5. The movie will cover the Ice Kaguya arc, season 4 will cover the Hayasaka arc and then in season 5, we will finally see the Ishigami stuff.
Well depending if the anime actually goes for a *full* adaptation. We'll have to see if that is actually confirmed. Also you're kinda spoiling some minor details in your comment (maybe you should label and space that part down for those who want to be completely unspoiled).
