Villa Aire has been designed to be timeless, creating a fresh and peaceful atmosphere that combines integration with the surroundings, the views and the light of southern Spain. To achieve this, the integration of a multidisciplinary team has played a key role: knowledge of the area, experience in this type of single-family residences, the integration of the areas of design, landscaping, architecture, construction, neuroscience and technology to ensure that it really is an efficient and emotional construction for the people who are going to live in it.
The design of this residence is aligned with the philosophy of the architectural firm headed by the creative Manuel Ruiz Moriche, based on creating experiences thanks to spaces created by handling natural elements and materials. Oriented to the current lifestyle in the 21st century. In this villa, architecture blends with the environment and nature itself becomes design.
Villa Aire occupies a privileged position in Sotogrande, Costa del Sol, an international destination that has become one of the most exclusive areas in the south of the country, located between the Mediterranean Sea, which the Villa borders, and the slopes of the Sierra Almenara. This destination is also known as an ideal place for sports such as sailing, tennis, polo, yachting, golf and water sports, hosting international championships. Villa Aire is on a plot of 2.500 square metres, with 1.300 m2 built with double heights, interior patios, and rooms such as several closed or uncovered terraces, parking area, wine cellar, gym, laundry, dressing rooms or spa, among others. It is a villa that offers magnificent views of the sea, a green oasis that has made use of organic architecture, which blends into the landscape and allows its inhabitants to enjoy the natural elements of the area, such as the pleasant sea breeze.
The ARK Architects team always uses natural materials in their villas, treated to the maximum detail, such as natural stone with unique thicknesses and dimensions, which achieves a unique differentiation in the sector. The atmosphere of its interiors is designed to achieve maximum harmony in its construction, giving rise to a discreet and sophisticated ambience. It uses a natural style palette, to preserve the freshness, cleanliness and sustainability that is sought in it, using noble materials and seeking the contrast between different textures and serene colours. Light, water, nature, stone, wood, air, are elements that are in the environment and must be coexisted with them to be aligned with its objective, sustainable and highly efficient villas.

All this means that Villa Aire has a timeless, fresh and peaceful atmosphere. Bioclimatic spaces have been created for this purpose, which make the maximum possible use of natural and climatic resources, such as natural light, sunlight, natural ventilation, always oriented towards energy saving. They also follow the commitments of the Passivhouse, which seeks the lowest possible emissions, using natural ventilation systems and keeping the temperature inside the buildings stable at around 20ºC throughout the year. This energy efficiency and sustainability is achieved through air purification systems, aerothermal systems, solar panels for water supply, ceiling or underfloor heating, natural dehumidification area, LED lighting systems and other smart home techniques.
For Villa Aire, ARK introduces heat recovery ventilation as the ideal solution for energy efficiency and the provision of excellent air quality all year round.
