I am searching for some time now, but this is the best one so far because it also considers strong frogs, Kamigawa cards that fit really well. By that the deck gets way more flair and build around the theme Kamigawa/Frogs, which is awesome to play! Most builders just throw in the strongest possible to trigger Keimis effect, without any heart. Thank you for this, now I am sure I will go this way for my Tatsunari Deck! But I will add some mutate to it, to duplicate Tatsunaris effect and some additional life drain/gain enchancers.
I'd include the indestructible dual artifact lands like Darkmoss Bridge because they make great targets for land auras. Also Blood Funnel is an interesting upgrade for the deck, especially if Destiny Weaver is in play! I've been having a problem with my opponents not being on fire. I hope that Hidetsugu can fix that 😈
The indestructible lands would make a good addition if we swap out the Temples for them (can't have too slow of a mana base after all) if you find yourself needing to protect your land aura's more. And Blood Funnel is a good addition as well, but maybe just not for this build that aims to have Keimi stick more than sacing him over and over for value (in my opinion).
Glad you enjoyed it! Going more into frogs is my no means a bad idea - since there are at least a few that can really make use of the on demand evasion Tatsunari provides them.
Thanks for the video. I like the fusion of Enchantment tribal while also going a little Voltron. My vote is for the Mono red Goblin. Light Paws already has a ton of love from the internet and really only has one way to go.
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for voting! The Polls are really close at the moment, so every vote counts if you want to se Goro-Goro overtake Light Paws in the standings!
Hey. Good to have you back. Hope you had a great week. Currently checking my edh decks to see if i can upgrade stuff. I built your Oswald fiddlebender deck with a few of changes having fun so far.
I think some decent considerations for this deck would be cards like Marauding Blight-priest and Dina, Soul Steeper. They would help to double up any Keimi triggers and I consider them to be worth it to cast so long as you can cast at least one enchantment with them on the field.
I have unfortunately seen a lot of light paws so I am going for Kosei seems like an interesting ability!! Hoping that you throw some of the spirit dragons in for a poll!!!
Loving your builds so far! I already bought Firja and Umbris for a couple friends and I have 3 more on my to buy list 😁 Can you do a rating score of how strong you think a build is? As a noob player I’m having a hard time self evaluating how good a particular deck is just by looking at a deck list and I don’t want to buy something too strong for my play group thanks for the awesome channel!
Glad you've been enjoying the content and have been having fun with the builds! Regarding power level, my builds usually rank at about a 4 - 5, though this build can probably be ranked as high as a 6 since it performed very we in testing. Not too powerful but plenty for casual play! Hope that helps!
Hey Grazzet love your videos I built your firja and have had a lot of fun with it. For this build in particular I’m just wondering if you could considered any protection against an enchantment wrath and if you did… why did you not include it?
Glad to hear that you're enjoying that builds and that Firja is working out for you! Honestly, I didn't give too much thought to enchantment protection since, statistically, mass and spot removal for enchantments tends to be much rarer than creature and artifact removal - so enchantments tend to be pretty safe for the most part. And a fair few of our enchantments are even able to protect themselves by bouncing back to hand. Still, if you find yourself on the receiving end of Aura Shards or other enchantment hate - swapping in some counterspells or cards like Callaphe, Beloved of the Sea can help them stick around for longer.
Man, 3 mono colored commanders to choose from is hard. I like all three design wise but i have a soft spot for goblins so my vote goes to the goblin samurai.
Thanks for voting! Its a tight race between Goro-Goro and Light paws, but we still ahve a ways to go, so we'll just have to wait and see who can claim the top spot!
As recommended in the upgrades portion of the video, Destiny Spinner is a great way to ensure our enchantments and most of our payoffs don’t get countered by control players, Bear Umbra provides a decent source of protection with it totem armor and gets us a while lot ramp in the meantime before we use it, Song of the Dryads would make for another excellent removal entry that is very difficult for our opponents to deal with, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and Utopia Sprawl are both great sources of mana ramp and fixing to keep our deck running smoothly, and Mystic Remora gives us some potent card advantage to keep our hands full. And finally there is no beating Rhystic Study for the sheer volume of cards it can produce, as well as the aggravation it produces as well, Sylvan Library for the draw 3 it provides on the cheap thanks to our commanders continual drain, and Argothian Enchantress for yet another enchantress that can protect herself as well. Hope that helps!
That ith quite the nice frogge you have got... also the upgraded video format is a sweet surprise! Also also, the schedule isn't really an issue for me. Upload at your own pace, so that the quality remains consistent, and your health remains stable. My vote goes to Goro-Goro, because Mono-Red is fun in Commander. Also, he carried me quite a bit in a Draft I had. I still lost miserably, but hey, I got to make a dragon. Neat. Day 237 of waiting for the Grazzet face reveal. Say... what is your opinion on New Capenna so far?
Thanks for voting and happy to hear that your enjoying the new video format - there may be some additional changes in the upcoming weeks, so look forward to that! New Capenna is looking like a pretty solid release so fat )from what little we have seen). Lots to be excited about with the Triome Cycle being completed, the new 3 color commanders and 5 new commander decks to go along with it - its going to be a very busy few weeks when it drops, that's for sure!
White Kaya's Ghost form is a good source of one off protection from almost anything, repeatable effects like Broken Fall and Molting Skin are preferred since we can use them over and over again and are still pretty solid. Still, it would be a fine addition if you feel the builds needs some additional protection.
I've had a lot of success with the three Omens from Theros Beyond Death in this deck. Omen of the Dead is easily the weakest, but it's still only one mana and gets back that Enchantress that someone is bound to blow up. The other two are perfect fits for this deck. I'd also recommend Eel Umbra over any of the other protection spells that don't have flash.
I didn't really test too much with the omens but they all seem to be solid swaps in for their effects and Eel Umbra certainly makes for a good flash speed way to keep Tatsunrai alive through removal. Good suggestions!

This deck look really fun and seem pretty synergic. I would run more frogs but only 'cause I'm a fan of Jiraiya from Naruto. Thanks for the video.

Hey. Good to have you back. Hope you had a great week. Currently checking my edh decks to see if i can upgrade stuff. I built your Oswald fiddlebender deck with a few of changes having fun so far.
I specifically changed a few cards from your list with some stax pieces like Ethersworn canonist and god pharaoh's statue.
Good to be back and happy to hear your trying out the Oswald build with your own spin to it!

True, they would certainly help speed up Keimi's Drain. Good Suggestions!
another great build dude, ty!
Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
wow - already assembled a Kosei and scoped out a Paws build. Guess I'll have to vote for the other one then ! Should be trying out Chippy next week
Well, I suppose at least there's one who havent built yet at least! Hope you have fun with The Reality Chip as well!
Any recommendations on what cards to take out for the upgrades?
I have unfortunately seen a lot of light paws so I am going for Kosei seems like an interesting ability!!

Thanks for voting! If we have additional time before New Capenna Drops we'll see if we can get some in the polls!

Loved the deckbuild, would you recommend me some possible upgrades that keep the deck in this style ?

How would you upgrade this to like a $200 or $300 deck if at all?
i'M surprised kaya's ghost form isn't here; is there a reason why?

Somehow I always vote for the losing poll but I’m hoping for Kyosei haha..
Hey, don't feel bad for voting for the dark horse - sometime there's an upset after all!
