I thought onion is always the first than garlic
@@mjhanebenosa1396 depend on your preference. I saute garlic first to get the not so burnt aroma then goes the red onion. If you don't want burnt garlic and prefer stronger aroma of onion, onion first. (this just an observation of my own cooking).

its robinhood pansit canton (dry), you can find it in groceries in PH. Other brands of dry pansit canton would work! Happy cooking!!😋🍳
