    Never actually noticed the backing vocals in the song until hearing this and now I cant miss them just knowing seems to add more to it for me

    I really liked hearing the "ha ha ha ha" in the background. It added a very nice touch to the music

    The way everyone stood up for her was so cool! And it was her last Let it Go. That was so cool to watch!

    I Love how her cast mates are just as excited for her as the audience.

    Obsessed with her opt-up on "light of day" and how beautifully it worked with the tenor harmony.
    Also, please baptize me in that tenor's voice.

    The magic of Elsa's changing dress, powerful Cassies' vocals, and the pit chorus OMGEE there are so much suprises on one video

    I love this video because you get to see things from backstage. It kind of shines a light on how much work goes into a production like this from the set decorations being lowered at exactly the right moment, where she is on stage at each moment that makes it all flow. The background vocals that most people probably are hearing but not even really noticing - yet fully add to the whole experience. The costume change, and how its so quick and effortless, but there is someone under the stage waiting for their cue to pull it off. All of this goes into making what you see on the stage look so great.

    I was here in the audience for this. 4th Row. Center. It was almost a religious experience!!

    Just after Elsa hits her mark and the trapdoor is opened behind her for that insta-change, I imagine it must have been reassuring to feel her dresser adjust the back hem of her dress. (You can just barely see it in the video) For the actress to physically feel (even subconciously) that her dresser is there and ready must make it so much easier for the artist to focus where the focus should be--on her performance. As a retired production stage manager, I applaud that often-disregarded silent communication between an artist and her quick-change dresser. Nicely done, BOTH of you!

      I agree. I love videos like this because there are so many people working behind the scenes to pull off what you see on stage... those people don't always get the credit they deserve for the work they do.

    There is a laser that tells the actress where she should position herself to go near the trapdoor! 0:22 0:42💗

    I’m so grateful I got to see this with the original cast. Disney Theatricals knows how to DO IT on Broadway. Can’t wait to see their next production, I’m looking right at you Hercules tryout at Papermill Playhouse.

    • @KatyMontana434
      @KatyMontana434 3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      I think whoever was filming was a cast member backstage and was singing like they normally would during the show

    • @musicbox6144
      @musicbox6144 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@KatyMontana434 I don’t think the person who was filming was singing . But yeah , I know theyre cast , the fact that they’re backstage just shouts “cast” to me . But what I’m wondering is the person singing ? What’s his name ?

      @nikolaisalvador5037 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      The mics of the ensembles will turn on, on specific cues so they can sing back up vocals even though they are in the wings. That's why you have to be careful not to talk too much or just memorize your cues.
