I find it exceptional how this music sounds so sad to most of people, but to me it just reminds me of good memories - old or even the ones coming my way. This song is pure happiness, with a slight piece of melancholy but not the depressing kind. It feels like missing what we used to have and having to move on but not necessarily in a bad way, but more in a way like what we used to have is gone now but you (or things in general, life...) made me grow and become a better person and now I thank you for it still to this day even though it's all gone now. Thanks to this (these) exeperience(s) I get to live an even better life [with you still in a small corner of my mind] and feel okay. I'm gonna be okay, it's all gonna be okay in the end. And I miss you, but I'm not hurting anymore.
